We simply sell what we believe is the best quality whey protein powder.
It is produced using Cross Flow Microfiltration techniques.
- Cross-Flow Microfiltration is a natural, high tech manufacturing process that uses ceramic filters to remove the fat, lactose, and other unwanted materials, hence isolating the protein. The protein is NOT subjected to chemicals, therefore protein is left unharmed and in its original state. This leads to added benefits over whey produced via the ion exchange method.
- The CFM processing method uses a low temperature micro filtration technique that allows for the production of very high protein contents (>90%), the retention of important subfractions, extremely low fat and lactose contents, with virtually no denatured (damaged) proteins.
- CFM is a natural non-chemical process which employs high tech ceramic filters, unlike ion exchange, which involves the use of chemical regents such as hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide.
- CFM whey isolate also contains high amounts of calcium and low amounts of sodium. N.B. Ion exchange isolate usually contains 3 times the sodium levels of CFM® isolate.
Each batch we receive comes with a "Certificate of Analysis" which is available for inspection at our premises.
Our whey comes in 1kg sealed and resealable pouches, 3kg/6kg tamper-evident airtight food grade tubs and 6kg refill sacks, and 20kg sealed sacks. The sacks consist of a polythene sack with a 3-walled brown paper outer sack for added freshness!
Also our whey is unflavoured. It's great for mixing into different tasty shakes with fruit etc. or on it's own! And as it's instantised...it mixes instantly with just a fork!
Flavouring:
For flavouring try adding some flavoured water from any of the big supermarkets to regular water (50/50 ratio) then add our whey. Allow to sit for a few minutes and you've got a lovely treat!
"Cranberry&Raspberry&Apple" flavour (no aspartame) from Sainsburys being my favourite! TRY IT!!
We also recommend "Options" sachets/jars from your local supermarket which come in many flavours: Mint Chocolate, Orange Chocolate, White Chocolate, Belgian Chocolate, Toffee, Hazelnut, Cinnamon, Turkish Delight, Vanilla, Caribbean Coconut, Banana, Choca Mocha etc.
Also you can try Nesquik powder or add some Robinsons "Crusha for Milk".
But, as a natural milk powder, our pure CFM whey protein isolate has a very clean taste and can simply be had with water/milk. In fact from speaking to our customers who collect, the majority of them just have our whey on its own.

Serving Suggestion:
- Add one/two scoops with milk, juice or water. Our whey is instantised and mixes easily with just hand stirring.
- Add flavouring, fruit (use a blender) etc. as desired.
- Take between meals 2-3 times a day.
Allergen List: The following allergens are present by direct incorporation due to the nature of the raw material used in the production process:
- Cow's milk protein
- Natural colour (Annato)
Storage: Dairy powders can be hygroscopic (absorbs moisture from atmosphere) and can absorb odours. For maximum stability it is recommended that this product be stored below 25C and below 65% relative humidity and also away from strong flavours or odours.
