Delivery

• Orders up to 0.5kg are £3 and posted via Royal Mail's Recorded "Signed For" postal service.
• Orders between 0.5kg to 1kg are £5 (also sent by above Royal Mail service.
• Orders from 1kg - 6kg are £10 and sent Via DPD's Next Day Before 3pm (Mon-Fri) service.
• Orders above 6kgs are charged an additional 60p a kg delivery and also sent via above DPD service.
• Deliveries are to UK mainland addresses ONLY.
• Orders (over 1kg) placed before 1pm will be delivered Next Day Before 3pm (Mon-Fri).
• Orders (1kg or less) placed before 1pm will be posted via Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded "Signed For" postal service (Mon-Fri).
• Shipments and deliveries are only made Mon-Fri.
• All products are also available for collection as advertised at "Collection Prices".

Orders are dispatched when cheques have cleared.

When sending your cheque, please enclose your order request, including full delivery address and post code, contact number and email address.

Please also add any "Delivery Instructions" you'd like us to add.

We'll inform you upon receipt of your cheque and again once your cheque has cleared, when we will advise you of your order dispatch.

We will, if requested, leave your order in a safe designated place ie: (back garden) but orders left like this are done so at the customers risk.

Returns:

• Due to the nature of our business only unopened products may be returned.
• Unopened products may be returned to us for a full refund, minus delivery/return costs.

• Returns or discrepancies must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Returns must be received by us before we can make any refunds.
