Delivery & Returns
Delivery
- Deliveries above 1kg are to UK mainland addresses ONLY.
- Orders (over 1kg) placed before 1pm will be delivered Next Day (Mon-Fri).
- Orders (1kg or less) placed before 1pm will be posted via Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded "Signed For" postal service (Mon-Fri) to UK addresses.
- Shipments and deliveries are only made Mon-Fri.
- All products are also available for collection where we can offer some discounts.
If you prefer, you can also pay by cheque.
Please make cheques payable to BULK WHEY and send it to:

Orders are dispatched when cheques have cleared.
When sending your cheque, please enclose your order request, including full delivery address and post code, contact number and email address.
Please also add any "Delivery Instructions" you'd like us to add.
We'll inform you upon receipt of your cheque and again once your cheque has cleared, when we will advise you of your order dispatch.
We will, if requested, leave your order in a safe designated place ie: (back garden) but orders left like this are done so at the customers risk.
Returns:
- Due to the nature of our business only unopened products may be returned.
- Unopened products may be returned to us for a full refund, minus delivery/return costs.

- Returns or discrepancies must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Returns must be received by us before we can make any refunds.
