We simply sell what we believe is the best quality MPI protein powder.It is a spray dried Milk Protein Isolate powder manufactured from fresh skimmed milk.

The casein found in our MPI powder is pure undenated Micellar Casein.

• Micellar casein is the natural, undenatured form of casein found in milk. It is separated from milk by means of ultrafiltration, without the use of chemicals, which increases the amount of bioactive milk peptides that support immune function as well as enhance muscle growth. It is an excellent source of native casein and whey proteins in the same ration found naturally in milk. That is to say the protein in milk is a ratio of 80% casein and 20% whey.
• Casein is the main milk protein. Yet it is not as commonly known as whey. Whey has gained popularity because it's quickly assimilated and absorbed rapidly by our body. Casein is digested at a much slower rate than whey and this can be of particular benefit for many reasons. The most obvious is when taken before bedtime. This slow release of amino acids into your bloodstream is much preferred while you're asleep over a quick influx provided by whey. Also at times of the day when you know you won't be eating for a while because of work/travel etc a slower "timed" release of proteins is preferred. On the otherhand our CFM Whey Protein Isolate is an excellent choice immediately after workouts/exercise.

During our MPI's production, the protein is NOT subjected to chemicals, therefore the protein is left unharmed and in its original state. This leads to added benefits that allows for the production of very high protein contents, the retention of important subfractions, extremely low fat and lactose contents, with virtually no denatured (damaged) proteins.

Each batch we receive comes with a "Certificate of Analysis" which is available for inspection at our premises.

Our Milk Protein Isolate comes in 1kg sealed and resealable pouches, 3kg/6kg tamper-evident, airtight foodgrade tubs and 20kg sealed sacks. The sacks consist of a polythene sack with a 3-walled brown paper outer sack for added freshness!

Also our MPI is unflavoured. It's great for mixing into different tasty shakes with fruit etc. or on it's own! And it mixes smooth with just a fork!

Flavouring:

Taste-wise, our MPI is probably the closest you'll get to a protein powder just tasting of milk and as a natural milk powder, our pure MPI has a very clean taste and can simply be had with water/milk.

• Each levelled scoop holds 30g of powder, at 90% protein that's 27g of protein per levelled scoop!
• 200 scoops in every 6kg tub!! (200 x 30g = 6000g or 6kg)

Serving suggestion:

• Add one/two scoops with milk, juice or water.
• Take between meals and before bedtime.
• Please note: as 80% of the protein in our MPI powder is casein you'll need to add more liquid (water/milk/fruit juice etc) when making your shakes as casein naturally requires more liquid to mix.
• However our MPI does mix really well and a smooth consistency is achieved quickly!

The following allergens are present by direct incorporation due to the nature of the raw material used in the production process:

• Natural colour (Annato)

Storage:

Dairy powders can be hygroscopic (absorbs moisture from atmosphere) and can absorb odours. For maximum stability it is recommended that this product be stored below 25C and below 65% relative humidity and also away from strong flavours or odours.
