• You can order securely online through WorldPay.
• Deliveries are to U.K. mainland addresses ONLY.
• Orders placed before 1pm will be delivered the Next Day Before 3pm (Mon-Fri).
• Shipments and deliveries are only made Mon-Fri.
• All products are also available for collection as advertised at "Collection Prices".
• Orders over 1kg will be delivered NEXT DAY before 3pm (Mon-Fri) by DPD.
• 1kg BCAA's, Glutamine, Creapure or BlenderBottle Shakers ordered on their own, are
sent via Royal Mail's 1st Class Recorded "Signed For" postal service.
• Bulk orders of our shakers ie: a box of 20 or 72 are sent Next Day before 3pm delivery
(Mon-Fri).

Orders are dispatched when cheques have cleared.

When sending your cheque, please enclose your order request, including full delivery address and post code, contact number and email address.
Please also add any "Delivery Instructions" you'd like us to add.
We'll inform you upon receipt of your cheque and again once your cheque has cleared, when we will advise you of your order dispatch.

Returns:

• Due to the nature of our business only unopened tubs/pouches may be returned.
• Unopened tubs/pouches may be returned to us for a full refund, minus delivery/return
costs.
• You must notify us straight away at cs@bulkwhey.co.uk
• Returns/descrepancies must be made within 7 days.
• Returns must be received by us before we can make any refunds.
